The Internet is the best way to find every possible detail about a breeder in your locality, or nearby areas. Many sites offer registration through which they will contact you. Just fill the information about yourself such as name, place and such other details, and you will be contacted by breeders from all across the country. |

However, people can deceive you here also by showing fake identity and asking face questions. To avoid such situations and have contact with just a genuine breeder, there is another good option for you by asking your veterinarian and those friends who have poodles. Ask them which breeder will be best to contact and what are the problems they face while raising the poodles or what the good things they like most about the breed. This will give you a fair idea about poodles.
If the above option does not suit you, then next option is to contact the Poodle Club of America and ask them to recommend a breeder. Also, attend dog shows as a spectator if you do not have any dog and speak to people having poodles and gather as much knowledge as you can from them.
After collecting enough information about the breeders, contact individual breeders and visit them. Visit four to five breeders to know which one is the best for you. After this, come to conclusion and select your poodle.
Apart from the price the breeders are offering, ask questions such as from how many years they are in the business, their view about poodles and the history of poodle you have selected and anything else you can think of. Also, ask is there any provision through which they can return the poodle in the future. The best dog breeders invariably take back a dog if the owner wants to return it.
