Ear mites infection cause discomfort to the dogs as they cause a lot of irritation and discomfort in the ear canal. Some of the signs of ear mites in dogs include constant scratching of the ears, excessive shaking of head, unpleasant odor in the ear, discharge of a dark coffee brown colored waxy liquid, increased amount of ear wax, inflammation of the ear canal, imbalance of the head and inability to keep it in a straight position for a long time, vomiting, loss of appetite, ear sores and redness of the skin.
